Please arrive on time for your appointments. Clients that are receiving spa treatments should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment to guarantee your full time…….
We understand that situations arise from time to time that may delay a scheduled treatment from beginning on time. Depending on the circumstance, we may not always be able to accommodate a late arrival, and appointments may have to be shortened or rescheduled……. In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments…….

As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your appointments at least one business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee…….
As a courtesy to other salon guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you are aware that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon…….
All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. Please note that a credit card may be required to reserve certain appointment types including but not limited to multiple services, spa packages, and group appointments. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees. Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services. Prices are subject to change without notice.
If you should conclude that you are unable to pay for all your services, we will gladly reschedule your appointment. Please Note – Credit for salon services is not an option, including postdated checks. All checks will be deposited daily
Any returned check will result in a $30.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered…….
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, or checks. Gratuities are not included in our pricing…….
Please be respectful of appointments and give a minimum of 24 hours notice if cancellation / rescheduling is necessary or you could be subject to a cancellation fee depending on the service scheduled. A 48-hour notice is required for any multiple service or spa package cancellation.
We reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy and your credit card will be charged 50% of the service(s) booked…….
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any retail purchases made at Verve Salon, LLC, we will be glad to offer you a store credit which can be used for future retail purchases or salon services…….
